Jim serves as a self-insurer representative on the WCRA Board. He has been employed by HealthPartners for over 37 years and is the Manager of Health and Safety.  Jim has been on the Board of the Minnesota Employers Workers Compensation Alliance since 2009, serving as vice president from 2012-2015 and as president starting in 2016.  He also serves on the Minnesota Self-Insurers' Security Fund (SISF) Board of Trustees.
