Paul Moore is the Assistant Commissioner of Accounting Services. He leads the Accounting Services Division, which conducts statewide accounting and payroll functions. He joined Minnesota Mangement and Budget in 2014. Prior to his tenure as Assistant Commissioner, Mr. Moore served as the agency's Chief Financial Officer. He also worked in the Budget Services Division as a Senior Executive Budget Officer. Mr. Moore holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
