Disorders of Consciousness – Interventions, Protocols, and Tools to Maximize Outcomes

Individuals at the severe end of the brain injury continuum may present with a disorder of consciousness (DoC). These individuals require a unique approach to assessment, intervention, prognostication, medical management, and caregiver education. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the thought processes that underlie this unique approach to better understand and advocate for individuals with DoC.
